One-bedroom apartments in New York, NY have risen in price by 41.00% year on year. The median rental price for a one-bedroom apartment in New York is $3,780 in August 2022. The top five most expensive major cities in the US also included San Francisco ($3,100/ per month), San Jose ($2,710), Boston ($2,600) and Miami ($2,500). San Francisco is the most expensive city in California, and Miami is the most expensive city in Florida.
